My mind is restless and bored today. It keeps trying to encourage my body to get up and move. My body's not budging today. I had a biopsy done this morning, and I'm still in some pain. All my body wants to do today is rest. That is exactly what I have been doing. I'm not pushing my body beyond it's comfort level until I've recovered. I'll feel better tomorrow, and by Saturday I'll be Kick Boxing with the best of them.
